لئن لم يسر في بحر شعري فقد سرى

بأشعار سقمي في بحورِ مدامعي

بأشعار سقمي في بحورِ مدامعي

Even if it has not flowed in the sea of my verse, it has indeed flowed

If it hasn't sailed in the sea of my poetry

with the verses of my sickness in the seas of my tears.

It has sailed in the seas of the tears from my sickness
