A return to a house flourishing above the celestial spheres,
A dynasty in a home built high in the heavens
kings of a house steeped in God's aid,
Kings of a house drowned in God's victory

It journeys by night from good fortune until its noblest, Ashraf, alights;
Flowing from fortune until its noblest arrived

And passed is what was neither destined nor fated

The armies of Egypt and Syria are enriched, coming forth,
Egypt and Syria's armies sing songs of joy
their seekers with faces like dinars,
Their faces like gold dinars greeting the dawn

In the shade of a king whose sword's brilliance brings delight
So he is al-Rashid; beside him is Masrur's sword.
For he is rightly-guided, his sword brings joy

Through terror he is granted victory before the sword, at the outset.
With terror he brings victory before the sword, rising
So marvel at that too—a sword ordained by fate.
How wondrous that the destined sword also brings awe
