The gleaming facets of its verse were fresh pearls.

yearn for the verse of one exalted in standing among humankind:

Muhammad, the gallant, whose station is lofty.

He is the sword, polished on both edges, that never glances off.

He has a pen whose shaper is truly great in craftsmanship.

What, then, are the brown, quivering spear and the honed, keen-edged sword?

When some people's thoughts die down, he

indeed possesses a thought that blazes fiercely and never dies down.
