Whoever does not want you, and whom you do not want,

Whoever does not want you, and whom you do not want,

Whoever does not want you and you do not want

will neither benefit from you nor be benefited by you.

has not gained you, nor have you gained him.

He did not benefit you and you did not benefit him

قرّب صديقك ما نأَى

وزِد التقارب واستزدْهُ

وزِد التقارب واستزدْهُ

Draw your friend close whenever he grows distant,
