What we have suffered from this man of Taym,
What we have endured from the brother of Taym,
We did not find my brother Taim
and from his people's false claims!
and from his people's rumor-mongering!
Or the leaders of his people.

Whenever we came to him, they said,
Whenever we came to him, they said,
Whenever we came, they said:
“The judge is occupied with his fasting.”
"The judge is occupied with his fasting."
"The judge is busy with his fast."

The litigant sits before him,
The plaintiff sits before him
while he is sunk in the sweetest sleep.
while he is in his sweetest sleep.
While he is in deepest slumber.
