لَو شَدَدنا مِن أَخدَعَيهِ قَليلاً

لَو شَدَدنا مِن أَخدَعَيهِ قَليلاً

لبَنَينا مِن الرُؤوسِ مَنارا

لبَنَينا مِن الرُؤوسِ مَنارا

Had we tightened our grip on his two neck-veins a little,

If we gathered a few of his deceits

we would have built a beacon-tower from heads.

We would build minarets from heads
