إن تُغْلَقِ الدُّنيا أمامَ وجوهِنا

إن تُغْلَقِ الدُّنيا أمامَ وجوهِنا

بابُ الذي خَلَقَ الدُّنَى لم يُغْلَقِ

بابُ الذي خَلَقَ الدُّنَى لم يُغْلَقِ

If the world is closed before our faces,

If the doors of this world close before our faces

the door of the One who created the worlds has not been closed.

The door of Him who created this world is not closed

عَلَّقْتُ آمالي بِمَن خَلَقَ الدَّوَا

عَلَّقْتُ آمالي بِمَن خَلَقَ الدَّوَا

والدَّاءَ والأسبابَ كُلَّ تَعَلُّقِي

والدَّاءَ والأسبابَ كُلَّ تَعَلُّقِي

I pinned my hopes on the One who created the cure,

I have placed my hopes in Him who created remedies

and the illness and the means, with complete reliance.

And diseases and causes, He is my sole reliance
