لا تبدِ رأيكَ فيما لستَ تُحسِنُهُ

لا تبدِ رأيكَ فيما لستَ تُحسِنُهُ

فيُظهِرُ الرأيُ جهلاً كنتَ تُخفيهِ

فيُظهِرُ الرأيُ جهلاً كنتَ تُخفيهِ

Do not express your opinion on what you do not know well,

Do not give your opinion on what you don't understand

For your opinion reveals ignorance you used to conceal.

فقولُ لا علم لي خيرٌ وأكرمُ من

For saying “I have no knowledge” is better and more honorable than
