When dawn's hand had cast off the mantle.
When dawn had cast off its cloak at daybreak’s hue.

She came by night all radiant, circling round,
So merriment circulated among us wherever he went.
So intimacy revolved, where she was found.

The night returned at that moment daylight.

As though a fire were kindled in the night’s gloom.

And had made pearls the gifts scattered in her honor.
And wreaths were what the wine cups brought.

When she is wed, clad in a bracelet’s gem.

Mixed, she is like the brightest star that shine.

The temperate learnt repentance thro' her power,
Vengeance against the sorrow within the heart.
For passion raging rampant in their heart.

Who shone and glowed like the full moon.
Of a fair cupbearer, like the moon's bright bands.

Who vies in turning with such flirt demure?
