Sol 6.1

  1. بادي حبيبي بشكوى حالتي بادي

    يا كاتم السر لي سر الهوى بادي

    My beloved is manifest—manifest in my lament over my plight.

    O keeper of the secret, love’s secret is plain to me.

  2. والقلب خاتم لقرآن الوفا بادي

    حاضر بتلك المدينة والجسد بادي

    And the heart completes the Qur’an of fidelity, yet is a beginner.

    It is present in that city, while the body is a desert dweller.
