إن كاس التوحيد من يحتسيه

إن كاس التوحيد من يحتسيه

قاء منه معارفاً وعلوما

قاء منه معارفاً وعلوما

Indeed, whoever sips the cup of divine unity

Whoever drinks from the cup of oneness

vomits forth from it insights and knowledge.

Will vomit from it knowledge and sciences

كن بصيراً ولا تلم أهل سكر

كن بصيراً ولا تلم أهل سكر

بشراب التُقى تصير الملوما

بشراب التُقى تصير الملوما

Be discerning, and do not blame those intoxicated

Be wise, do not blame the people drunk

by the drink of piety, or you will become the one blamed.

On the wine of piety, for you are to blame
