وَجاءَتand came مِنfrom أَباطِحِهاits gravelly valleys قُرَيشٌQuraysh
وَجاءَت مِن أَباطِحِها قُرَيشٌ
كَسَيلٍlike a torrent اَتىreached بيشَةَBisha حينَwhen سالاit flowed
كَسَيلٍ اَتى بيشَةَ حينَ سالا
And Quraysh came from its gravelly valleys,
And there came from its plains the Quraysh
like a torrent that reached Bisha as it flowed.
Like a flood that came to Bishah when it overflowed
