How lovely the stone as it strikes sparks!
And the forearm kindles valor.

To al-Shoumali, O our homes!
O our plains, and O our mountains!
رديrepel العداthe foes ياO أرضناour land
ردي العدا يا أرضنا
حتىuntil لشمسكto your sun توصليyou reach
حتى لشمسك توصلي
Repel the foes, O our land,
Until you reach your sun.
هبهa rising وزنودand forearms ومعركهْand a battle
هبه وزنود ومعركهْ
ونارand the fire انتفاضةan uprising مباركهْblessed
ونار انتفاضة مباركهْ
A rising, arms, and a battle,
And the fire of a blessed uprising.
الأقصىAl-Aqsa ودياريand my homeland بتشتكيlament
الأقصى ودياري بتشتكي
غيرother than الحجارهthe stones ماnot إليmine
غير الحجاره ما إلي
Al-Aqsa and my homeland lament.
I have nothing but stones.

إحناwe انتفاضتناour uprising لهبْflame

غير النصر ما في طلبْ
والأرضand the land إلناours ياO هليmy people.
والأرض إلنا يا هلي.
There is no demand but victory!
