Sol 6.1

  1. A bubbling judhaba dish,

    in its flowing fat,

  2. as though it had been mounted

    in its bowl upon a screw;

  3. visible upon its skins

    are traces of the flame’s bite,

  4. like an ingot of silver

    in a casket of gold.
