  1. You, amid the qanun and the songstresses,

    have become enraptured, while the Kharijite, in the wilds,

  2. sways on the she-donkey in admi-

    ration and conceit, to the harshest of voices.

  3. After two days, you both hear a roar,

    and so awaken from deep slumber.
