    the matter of debt, the people have become content.

  3. Its glad tidings resounded there, and were echoed

    to the world by Time, in confirmation and assent.

  4. You repelled from Egypt the raids of her creditor;

    and creditors and raiders are alike.

  5. You preserved sixty million soldiers for her,

    not sixty million of her dinars.

  6. Today's matter has come, for what is hoped for in

    tomorrow's matter, as support and reinforcement.

  7. And envoys have taken it up in their assembly;

    they will return with it, radiant and blessed.
