بلغت مرادي ونلت المني

وزاد سروري وزال العنا

I have achieved my aim and attained my wishes.

I have achieved my desire and attained my wish

And my joy has grown, and hardship has vanished.

My joy has increased and my troubles have gone

فما ذا الذي ارتجي بعدها

فما ذا الذي ارتجي بعدها

وهذا الرسول وهذا أنا

وهذا الرسول وهذا أنا

So what could I hope for after this?

So what is it that I hope for after this?

And here is the Messenger, and here am I.

So receive good news, you who look upon me

فبشراك بشراك يا ناظري

فبشراك بشراك يا ناظري

تمل وإياك أن تغبنا

تمل وإياك أن تغبنا

So glad tidings to you, glad tidings, O my eye!

Beware of neglecting us

Gaze your fill, and beware of losing out.

Wherever I turned, I saw the Prophet

فحيث التفت رأيت الرسول

فحيث التفت رأيت الرسول

وآثاره من هنا أو هنا

وآثاره من هنا أو هنا

For wherever you turn, you see the Messenger,

And his traces here and there

And his traces, here or there.

Beware - this is the abode of the Beloved

تمل فهذا مكان الحبيب

تمل فهذا مكان الحبيب

وهذا التواصل قد أمكنا

وهذا التواصل قد أمكنا

Gaze your fill, for this is the Beloved's place.

And this communion has been made possible

And this communion has indeed become possible.

Save your tears until their time

وخل الدموع إلى وقتها

وخل الدموع إلى وقتها

وأن حسن الدمع عند الهنا

وأن حسن الدمع عند الهنا

And leave tears until their time,

For the beauty of tears is in their restraint

Even though tears are lovely in joy.
