Sol 6.1

  1. شَمِّرْ كَفِعْلِ أَبِيكَ يا ابْنَ عُمارَةٍ

    يَوْمَ الطِّعانِ وَمُلْتَقَى الْأَقْرانِ

    Gird yourself as your father did, O son of Umara,

    On the day of lance combat and the clash of matched foes.

  2. وَانْصُرْ عَلِيّاً وَالْحُسَيْنَ وَرَهْطَهُ

    وَاقْصِدْ لِهِنْدٍ وَابْنِها بِهَوانِ

    And support Ali, al-Husayn, and his clan,

    And advance against Hind and her son to bring them low.

  3. إِنَّ الْإِمامَ أَخُو النَّبِيِّ مُحَمَّدٍ

    عَلَمُ الْهُداةِ وَعِصْمَةُ الْإِيمانِ

    Indeed, the Imam, brother of the Prophet Muhammad,

    Is the banner of guides and the safeguard of faith.

  4. فَقُدِ الْجُيُوشَ وَسِرْ أَمامَ لِوائِهِ

    قُدُماً بِأَبْيَضَ صارِمٍ وَسِنانِ

    So lead the armies and march ahead of his banner,

    Forward, with a gleaming, keen-edged sword and a spearhead.
