If the green sky is sparing with woe, then seek;

When the greenery cries out in sorrow, seek

you will find Sultan's bounty upon the people like rain.

You will find the generosity of the Sultan upon the people like rain

فإن عز مطلوبي فليس شماتة

فإن عز مطلوبي فليس شماتة

وان حصل المطلوب فالفوز بالظفر

وان حصل المطلوب فالفوز بالظفر

For if what I seek proves elusive, there is no gloating;

If what I seek remains unreachable, there is no gloating over misfortune

and if what is sought is attained, success lies in triumph.

And if what is sought is attained, then the prize is victory
