You unveiled for us a morning moon, brimming
You unveiled for us a rind of dawn, brimming
with sunlight—before it, the discerning gazer is dazzled.
With the sun, before which the discerning gazer is dazzled.

Our eyes are drunk on the fullness of its radiance,
So our eyes are drunk from its excessive radiance,
and whoever drinks it is struck speechless by the force of the intoxication.
And its drinker is struck speechless by the intensity of intoxication.
