قوموا لوحدة مصر قومة واحد

عرف الصواب فجاء في برهانه

Rise for Egypt’s unity—rise in earnest resolve.

كونوا كبنيان يؤازر بعضه

بعضا فلا ينقض أوج كيانه

Be like a structure, one part of it supporting

another, so the summit of its frame will not collapse.

بالله يا مصرالثقافة حاولي

ربط الشعوب بمنتهى أشطانه

By God, O Egypt of culture, endeavor

to bind the peoples with the utmost reach of its cords.

وتقدّمي بحصول وحدتها فقد

كان التعهد منك في إبّانه

And advance in bringing about their unity, for

your pledge was made in its proper time.
