كتابُ سعادةِ الدارين سفرٌ

بديعٌ عزّ بين الكتبِ مثلا

The book of the happiness of both abodes is an

Excellent journey among the books as an example

وَجدناهُ كتاباً مستطاباً

أَتى لرَشادنا أهلاً وسهلا

We found it a very palatable book

That came to guide us, welcome

أَحاديثٌ عنِ المُختار تُروى

وَآياتٌ عنِ الرحمنِ تُتلى

Stories about the Chosen one are told

And verses about the Merciful are recited

وَأقوالٌ إلى العُلَماء تُعزى

بدَت كعرائسٍ بالحسنِ تُجلى

And words to the scholars are attributed

They appeared like brides with beauty that manifests

حَوى فضلَ الصلاة على نبيٍّ

عليهِ اللَّه في القرآنِ صلّى

It contained the virtue of praying upon a prophet

Upon him, Allah prayed in the Qur’an

فبيّنَ حُكمها فرضاً ونفلا

وفصّل نفعَها نقلاً وعقلا

So he explained its ruling as an obligation and voluntary

And elaborated its benefit literally and rationally

بهِ خيرُ الأماني والأمالي

فرائدُ لَن تمنَّ ولن تملّا

Through it is the best of wishes and aspirations

Precious gems that will never be wished for and never bore

أَرانا المُصطفى منّا قريباً

وسهّل لِلوصولِ إليهِ سبلا

He showed us the Chosen one is near us

And facilitated the ways to reach him

هوَ الكنزُ المُباح لمَن أتاه

عليهِ لَم نَضع رصَداً وقفلا

He is the permitted treasure for whoever came to him

Upon it we did not impose monitoring and lock

فَمَن شاءَ الغِنى دُنيا وأخرى

بِلا تعبٍ فقد وافاهُ سهلا

So whoever wants richness in this life and the next

Without fatigue has easily attained it
