أَلاَ لا تَلوما ليس في اللّوْمِ راحةٌ

فقد لُمْتُ نفسي مِثْلَ لَوْمِ قضيبِ

Do not blame me, there is no comfort in blame,

For I have blamed myself like the rod's blame.
