أهديت يا بدر من أقوالكم غررا

منظومة في عقود ما لها ثمن

You gifted pearls of your words

Arranged in a priceless poem

ذكرت ارشدت أحييت النفوس فمن

ذا مثلكم في سبيل النصح يمتحن

You guided, advised, revived souls, so who

Is like you testing with sincere advice?

الفاظكم حكم اضحت مقدسة

تهدي قلوب أناس طالما فتنوا

Your words became sacred wisdom

Guiding hearts of people long misled

بلغت واجب على أنت مركزه

فقمت تنذر قوما للهوى ركنوا

You fulfilled the duty you took upon yourself

Standing to warn people sunk in passion

وهكذا ديدن الاسلاف نعرفهم

لذا بك افتخر الاسلام والزمن

Such is the way of ancestors we know

So through you Islam and the age take pride

بالله ذكر فان الذكر ينفعنا

جدد وسدد وقارب فالورى سكنوا

God's remembrance benefits us, remember Him

Renew, make firm, draw near, the world found rest
