I have outlived Adiya, and I remain.
Only my last vestige of life remains, and I am dying.
And indeed, over time, I wore its new garment.
And I wore the companions of youth, then grew threadbare.
Consolation for those I see prevailed, so I followed it.
And I was cheated out of what was in my hand, so I grieved.
And paths I made easy, then abandoned.
And admonitions I taught, then forgot.
