  1. Who will tell the notables whom I love—

    and they repay love with aggression?

  2. Indeed, I stand steadfast in the faith of Arabism,

    my heart upon its rosary beads—and my tongue as well.

  3. My Gospel is enduring love for her people,

    and defense of her sanctities is my Furqan.

  4. ،

    Through my revolution I have pleased Ahmad and Christ,

    through my zeal, my tolerance, and my tenderness.

  5. O Muslims and O Christians, your faith—

    the faith of Arabism—is one, not two.

  6. Your Beirut is like your Damascus, and your Damascus

    like your Riyadh, and your Riyadh like Oman.

  7. .

    You will restore the realm, from Yemen to

    Egypt, to the Levant, to Baghdad.
