I resist my luck in life and I know

That fortunes are like shadows that accompany

And I await the sunset hour and flee

To the night, mayhap from luck I find some mercy

And I avoid the moons and stars, fearing

The light, so shadows therein pounce on me

And whoever honors night with esteem for its darkness

It becomes clear he is more honored than light

And I confound whoever luck has as a pursuer

Whose fantasies fortune demolishes and topples

So I suffer in darkness, as luck frightens

And enjoy in slumber, from darkness more obscure

And I invoke its destruction and pelt:

If it returns them, I will destroy, and hush

And I pass through the markets of fortunes and beware

Of confessing what I want, so it doesn't punish

And bring something I cannot endure and crash

So the plots of fortunes, I do not care, it laments

And I wonder at a luck that competes, its market

Where I spend the best in it, a miserable one poisons

So I realized after confusion, that its sweetness

Is protected, not bought or engraved

And I said: two wretched lucks I concede

So I strike this luck with that and concede

But my luck is like devils that do

When it argued, then came with one who lavishes

And brought the magic of a woman that cannot be resisted

If the eye sees her, the forbidden melts

Behold, it is the world that smiles at him

And whenever she saw me, she frowned

So I remained seeing myself as the source of misery, not it

And a wound in its chest that sleeps and talks

So oh you, who luck has pained, I apologize to you

And yourself, for luck knows you more than me

And they said that luck is its people's trait

And not anything else they harbor, it speaks

So this a bitter fate twisting

And that a sugar in its sweetness delighting

And that, his luck to him feeble and defeated

And that, his luck to him obedient and protector

I rejoiced at what I am on it I alter

Hoping by my acts it becomes miserable and inspired

But my luck grew old, and the old man rarely

Changes from what in his youth he conceded

I reread the years that passed

And write them as I want and dream

And I pass over the lines so I plunge

Into a land where fear roams and rules

An inspiration without a pulse on the chest that crouches

And death, it is the living that does not compromise

And I fall into a sea that surrounded its shores

As if I, into guaranteed demise, its waves hurl

And it kisses from my eyelids the blood that flowed

It reproaches my weakness and disgrace and defeats

Oh you who aggressed against your blood, ask for forgiveness

For without it you wouldn't have lived, injustice and oppress

I did what I did and now I know

That I, my luck and life are twins

So pardon and gentleness my luck sir do not build

For I regret the ignorance of yesterday
