Of heights unreachable where none can jeer,

Until she came to us and caused our pact.

Until news and reports convinced me of its clarity.

Shooting star of wars, lighting dark nights,

Like the moon lights up surface of black lava bright.

We lived an era with him then departed he did,

Like the two-edged spear that finally split.

How ready to defend us against calamity!
