You opened the eye of my hope with your victorious sword

With which I gained victory over your vanquished enemy

You are my refuge, and my protector in both worlds

On the path when the time of crossing comes for all people

I hoped you would accomplish all matters in one day

By the command of your Lord, all matters will return to you

I held on to your train, hoping for your pleasure in both abodes

My abundant hope in your overflowing kindness is enough
