بشرى فهذا المنى والفضل والشرف

أتاك يا بن كرام القوم يأتلف

Good tidings, for this is the wish, merit and honor

That came to you, O son of the generous people who harmonize

هنّيت هنّيت بالعرس السعيد فلا

بؤس هناك ولا ضيم ولا كلف

I congratulated, I congratulated for the blessed wedding, so no

Misery is there, nor oppression, nor burden

وافاك السعد والأفراح مقترناً

وقد غدوت بثوب العزّ تلتحف

Happiness and joy came to you combined

And you have become clothed in the garment of honor

عرسٌ سعيدٌ اتى بالبشر متشحاً

وبالمهابة والإجلال متصف

A blessed wedding that came with good news dressed

In awe and veneration characterized

أنشأه ذو الفضل والإحسان سالم

من كل الكرام له بالفضل تعترف

Established by the one of kindness and benevolence Salim

Whom all the generous people acknowledge for his merit

ذاك ابن سلطان سلطان البلاد

فلا يقاس بالدر أصداف ولا خزف

That is the son of the Sultan, the sultan of the countries

So he cannot be compared to pearl shells or pottery

من معشرهم كرام الناس همتهم

نيل المعالي ففيها العزّ والشرف

Among their group, the people's generous ones, their ambition

Is to attain the heights, wherein lies honor and merit

همو الذخيرة إن جار الزمان غدوا

للناس بحراً فمنه الناس تغترف

They are the treasure, if the days of time pass they become

For people an ocean from which people draw water

فهذه نعمة عظماء قد وردت

من المهيمن فاشكرها ولا تقف

So this is a great blessing that has arrived

From the Guardian, so thank it and do not stop

لله آية أنس قد بدت فغدت

عنا الهموم بفضل الله تنكشف

For God a sign of intimacy has appeared and so

Our worries by God's grace are uncovered

رعى الإله أويقات السرور فكم

ريم هناك بعين زانها الوطف

God has observed the times of joy, so how many

Pleasant times are there, adorned by affection

وهاك تهنئة غرّا مسربلة

أعلى المعاني لديها الله يعترف

And here is a sincere congratulation

The highest meanings, for which God bears witness

فالله يمنحك النسل الكثير ولا

يطرق لبابك لا حزن ولا أسف

So may God grant you abundant offspring, and no

Sorrow or regret may knock on your door

ودم بعزٍ رعاك الله سالمٌ ما

غنّى الحمام وما الأيام تختلف

And live in honor, may God protect you safe

The doves sang and the days do not differ
