مثلًا لها في حسنها غادة

باح لها الحسن بما لا يباح

Ghadah is peerless in her beauty

عينان ما عين المها والظبا

وقامة ما البان؟ ماذا الرماح؟

Eyes like a wild deer and gazelle

A figure like a slim branch, what of spears?

وغرة من غير "تسريحة"

تربع السحر بها واستراح

And a complexion without any makeup
