When you pass the night distressed

And worries attack you from all sides

And hopes retreat after coming near

And tears are about to speak

O heart, do not grieve for what is gone

For he who is used to griefs increases agony

And he who complains to people increases

The continuation of complaining brings regret and remorse

Good news will come to you from the Lord of the heavens

To make you forget the distress and injustice you faced

When the Most Merciful mends a heart with kindness

It will forget the nights it spent shattered
