مُيَيْمِنُ سائِمَتي بمتينْ
هواها وذاك عذابٌ مبين
My soulmate gladdens me with her beauty
Her love is agony made clear
فَطَوْراً أراها وطَوْراً تبين
بقلبي وحبي سواها مَهِينْ
At times I see her, at others unseen
My heart and love make all else mean
إذا رمتها بسواها ضنين
بترك وقلبي هواها يلين
If I cast her aside for another's care
Leaving her love makes my heart tear
تخاطبني بكلامٍ يزين
زبوراً ووحياً ودين يدين
She speaks to me with words so fair
Like scripture or holy writ that makes one bare
تقول فلا بدَّ لي من سنين
وأنت ضنين عليّ بحين
She says I must have patience over years
While you are cold to me, acting severe
فقلت فلا تعذلي لرهين
هواك فإن الملام يقين
I said do not blame me, I'm bound as ware
By your love, though condemned as insincere
ولكن أشيري بقولٍ مكين
ليعذرني من أراه يمين
Suggest to me in truth, precise and clear
An excuse so others see me sincere
فقالت فلا تلتفت لفتين
وأملي لهم إن كيدي متين
She said pay no heed to other's jeer
Rely on me, my plot is sure to steer
فقلت لقلبي اترُكَنِّ قطين
هواك مُيَيمنُ واترك ظعين
I said to my heart leave this misery drear
Your love, my soulmate, leave sorrow sincere
وارحل بحبك حيث استبين
لغوث الورى ذاك نجل مامين
Depart with your love where the path is clear
To the sanctuary, son of she held dear
هو الغوث والقطب في المسلمين
هو الفرد ليس له من قرين
He is the aid, the polestar for Muslims here
Peerless and perfect, no equal in sphere
هو الغوث لا يُدْرَكُنْهُ فطين
وشهد الشهادة حيث يفين
He's the aid none can grasp however near
Witnessed the truth when death drew him near
هو الشمس فوق الأنام عرين
وعون لها في الأمور عوين
He's the sun atop all mankind so sheer
An ear and hand in matters dark and dreer
له الملك والملكوت المبين
أبان وملك خِافٍ علين
His is dominion, rule so crystalline clear
Time and care for all that hold him dear
من العرش للفرش كل حَسِين
فعالاً وقولاً له وضَدِين
From throne to ground all goodness appear
In word and deed, opposites disappear
لكل المعارف كلاً غصين
وكل المخاوف كلا غضين
For knowledge a branch, for fears a shield austere
With eloquence fair, words of beauty adhere
برونق حسن البديع قمين
كما أنه في المعالي عمين
As in the highest ranks, vision without peer
My succor, succor me, protector sincere
أغوثي وا غوثُ غوثي الأمين
عبيدك من ذنبه لحزين
Save your servants from sins that appear
You grant all faith their needs so clear
وأنت أنالك ربك دين
أنالك من فضله لِمَدِيْن
Grant me from your grace, I'm debtor here
For your love is the life I hold dear
ولي من هواك حياتي حنين
هو الحصن لي حالَتَيَّ الحصين
My fortress against circumstance severe
Perfect my goal, send one revered
فَكَمِّلْ مرادي بالمرسلين
وفضلك فضل القوي المتين
Your bounty, the mighty hand sincere
