غزَّةُ هاشمٍ تلوكُ جرحَها

طاغٍ طغى.. بغى.. أحلَّ ذبحَها

Gaza, Hashim's jewel, licks its wounds

The tyrant raged, longed, sanctioned its slaughter

لم يرعَ حرمةً.. تجاوزَ المدى

دماءُ أطفالٍ أباحَ سفحها

No sanctity was spared, limits were exceeded

Children's blood made lawful upon its fields

غزةُ صرحٌ والغزاةُ استنسروا

مهما تمادوا لن يطالوا صرحَها

Gaza, a fortress, and the invaders boasted

However much they persist, they'll never breach its walls

تغفو على نارِ الجحيمِ ليلَها

تصحو على نارِ الجحيمِ صبحَها

Its nights pass sleeping on hellfire

Its dawns wake to the flames of hell

وأمة الأعرابِ في ضلالِها

يا ويحَها يا ويحَها يا ويحَها

While the Arab nation wanders astray

Woe to it, woe to it, woe to it

أزرى بها الهوانُ في هوانِها

والباقياتُ.. لن أعيدَ شرحَها

Disgrace has struck it at its most disgraced
