1. أَحْضَرَنَا النَّاطُورُ مِنْ بُسْتَانِهِ

    فِي طَبَقٍ يَنْطِقُ عَنْ إِحْسَانِهِ

    The gardener brought from his garden

    In a dish speaking of his kindness

  2. لَوْنَاً مِنَ الرَّائِعِ فِي رُمَّانِهِ

    أَهْدَى لَهُ الجَوْهَرُ مِنْ أَلْوَانِهِ

    A color of the magnificent in his pomegranate

    The essence gifted to it from its colors

  3. مَا احْمَرَّ وَاصْفَرَّ وَمِنْ مَرْجَانِهِ

    مِثْلَ نُزُولِ الجَيْشِ فِي مَيْدَانِهِ

    That which reddened, yellowed, and from its coral

    Like the descent of an army in its battlefield

  4. مُذْهَبَةً فِي الْهَامِ مِنْ فُرْسَانِهِ

    شِيْبَ بِرِيْقِ الشَّهْدِ فِي أَغْصَانِهِ

    Golden in the mind from its horsemen

    White with the sheen of honey in its branches

  5. أَنْوَرُ فِي النَّاظِرِ مِنْ إِنْسَانِهِ

    More luminous in the viewer than its human
