صَلِيْه فقد قطَّعْتِهِ مُذْ قطَعتِهِ

وأقْرَحْتِ جَفْنَيْهِ وأسهرْتَ ناظِرَهْ

Pray for him, for you have cut him off since you cut him off,

And ulcerated his eyelids and deprived his watcher of sleep,

إذا كُنتِ تُحيّيهِ وأنتِ قَتَلتِهِ

فأنْتِ عَلَى مَحْوِ القَطِيْعَةِ قادِرَهْ

If you claim to enliven him while you killed him,

Then you are able to erase the separation.
