وَتَهْتَزُّ فِي مَشْيِهَا مِثْلَ مَا
تَهُزُّ الصَّبَا غُصُنَاً نَاعِمَا
Her walk sways like the gentle branch
Sways in the breeze so soft and mild
وَتَأْمُرُ بِالأَمْرِ فِيْهِ الَّذِي
كَرِهْتُ فَأَرْضَى بِهِ رَاغِمَا
She gives command, though I dislike
What's ordered, I obey and smile
وَأَشْكُو إِلَيْهَا فَلاَ مُسْعِدَاً
أُصَادِفُ مِنْهَا وَلاَ رَاحِمَا
To her I moan, but she's no soother
I find no sympathy nor care
مَتَى يُنْصَفُ الخَصْمُ مِنْ ظَالِمٍ
إِذَا كَانَ ظَالِمُهُ الحَاكِمَا
When can the victim get justice
If his opponent is the judge there
