And one finds my praise of him unseemly, if firmly established
And though he scorns my praise if you confirm it
Are the bonds of sincerity between us—yet truth is praised.
True loyalty binds us; truth deserves all praise
And what is in the heart insists on revealing itself,
The heart contains naught else, though in the dark concealed
And every vessel exudes what it contains.
Each vessel exudes what within it lies
