The past times of India or the farewell beating

And the seekers of glory or the making of innovations

Do not give injustice any right, do not give

Injustice only perishes what we abandon

O companion of the path, do not listen to whom

Judges the delusion a companion and is deceived

I kept it sleeping on the eyelid of agony

    It draws sorrow, hides, smolders

Above a wound, whenever it tightens it widens

I have learned passion from its might

So I inspired love in the heart of despair

So squeeze today’s sorrow from my eye

And wipe away the pains from the excess of agony

O my people, between us there was

Nothing but a human thread and it broke

I curse the pebbles in our taverns

Whenever a coward throws and clashes

O companion of the path, I am inspired

Raising letters a banner so it rose

And on the funeral of my hunger in my blood

The melodies play the law of satisfaction

So prepare for me an idea with which I can be saved

And a ray where no lights shone

And ride the waves this is my boat

Do not say to me that one gave or prevented

You are a promise coming, nothing makes you deviate

Let the people's hireling reap what he sowed
