سالت به تحت العَجاج سفينة

لقحت بريح العزم من أنصارِ

I asked beneath the willow a ship

She was driven by the wind of resolve from helpers

أرستْ بجودي الجود في يوم الندى

وجرت بيوم الحرب في تيارِ

She anchored with my generosity on the day of dew

And sailed on the day of war in a current
