أيُّ قوسٍ ذي جمالٍ

سهمه سهم السعادَهْ

What graceful bow,

Its arrow, happiness's arrow,

ملكُ الإبريق فيه

عوّد الإِحسان عادَهْ

The pitcher's king in it

Accustomed benevolence a habit,

ذو صَلاةٍ من صِلاتِ

كلُّها دأباً مُعَادَهْ

With prayers of prayers

Each steadfastly repeated
