The passing breeze has quenched my thirst for some time

I go and come back to the cups like a suckling babe

When the pourer stirred them, they mixed their sheen

With gentle swaying and fervor for it and yearning

Night's wings brought them to us, and they left

Their rays making the unwise night prone

And when they wanted to raid sorrow

They poured on it armor of loved ones
