الدِّين يشكو بَلِيّه

من فِرقَة منطِقيه

Religion complains of its plight

From the division of its rationalists

لا يشهَدون صلاةً

الا لمعنى التّقيه

Who do not attend prayers

Except for the sake of piety

ولا تَرى الشّرع الا

سياسة مدنيه

You do not see Islamic Law

Except as civil politics

ويؤثِرونَ عَليه

مذاهباً فلسفيه

And they prefer over it
