أنعم اللَهُ صباحاً

لِلَّذي عاد إلينا

God has granted a good morning

To the one who has returned to us

وأقرَّ اللَهُ فيه

لِلَّذي يهواهُ عَينا

And God has settled in him

The one whom his eyes desire

لا رَأَينا بَيننا يا

مَجمَع الآمالِ بَينا

We have not seen between us, O

Meeting place of hopes between us
