اللَه يا اللَه يا اللَه يا اللّه
بالميرغني الغوث قطب زمانكا
O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah
With Al-Mirqani's help, the savior, the pole of your time
باللَه والمختار مع أحبابه
جدلى على خل هالك سالكا
By Allah and Al-Mukhtar and his companions
Make me steadfast on your way, walking towards you
علا الولاية وارتقاها غاية في
منتهاها قد رسى وتماسكا
The Wilaya has risen to the highest level
Reaching its endpoint, stable and firmly established
السيد الندب المتوَّج بالبها
ثم المهابة والمخافة منسكا
The Master, the Chosen One, crowned with clarity
Then awe and reverence became his trait
عن ابن ختم القوم ذاك هو الحسن
سامي الروابي والدرى متملكا
The son of the Seal of the Nation, that is Al-Hassan
The sublime, the eminent, and the wise ruler
من يعجز الثقلين نعت صفاته
وهباته الجدوي الندي لمن شكا
Who can describe his attributes and gifts?
The generous, the elite answers the one who complained
حام الدخيلَ فتى الجميلِ مكارما
صعب العريكة في وطيس المعركا
He carried the burdens of the poor, the beautiful one, generously
Difficult times in the midst of turmoil were easy for him
ابن الختام تقي الكلام منظما
صافي السريرة في اللفاظ ان علَّكا
The son of the Seal, the purest of speech, excellent composer
Sincere and eloquent no matter how you test him
ورع تقى هاشمي منتقى
نسل الكرام ومفرح ان سركا
Pious, righteous, Hashimite, chosen
From the generous lineage, bringing joy if you mention him
المغرد المحبوب قطب زمانه
وأوانه الوهاج دع من غركا
The melodious beloved one, the pole of his time
And era, the passionate one, leave anyone who criticizes him
الهاشمي الأحمدي سر الهدى
فهنا انتهى يا من تريد واتركا
The Hashimite, the Ahmedite, secret of guidance
So here I end, O you who want and leave
فعسى لي منه بنظرة أطفى بها
غادى الغرام بهدنه ولاجلكا
Perhaps through him I will get a glance that will extinguish
The burning passion, for your sake
ذا منك فضلاً من مواهبك التي
عمت الشرق ثم غرب نوركا
This is a favor from you, from your gifts
That have spread through the East and the West, your light
ولكيف أنت حبيب ربي خالقي
وخديمه بالصدق داعي مهلكا
And how can you be my Lord's beloved, my Creator's
And His servant, truthfully calling onto Him
يا رب منك لعله ان يأتني
مدد عظيم يغتني ويكن لكا
O Lord, may you send me from you
Great help that will enrich me and be for you
وحبيب من برز العماء من الخفا
ولاجله خلق الكيان وأفلكا
And the beloved one who came out from among the scholars, secretly
And for his sake the universe and orbits were created
ذا العبد عبد مجتنب ومراغب
رب له حنان معطى من شكا
This servant is a servant who avoids sins and desires
A Lord who is affectionate and gives to the one who complained
خذها اليك وهاك ها فقصيدة
تقري جنابك أثنى متمسكا
Take it to yourself, here is a poem
That will please you, praising, adhering
جد باقتصاد ومرتجاي ولا ولا
أجلى لقلبي مظلما متحلكا
Make an effort with economy and hope, do not, do not
Make my heart dark and covered
لا غرو وان لو جاء مثلي جملة
مستوهبين الفيض يعطي فيضكا
No wonder, even if the likes of me
Came as a whole, seeking your abundance, you give abundance
ثم الصلاة على الرحيم وآله
وصحابه من قد حبوا منا بكا
Then send prayers upon the Merciful and his family
And companions who loved us and cried for us
وكذا السلام يغشهم متواتراً
يترى إلى أبدٍ يكون مباركا
And peace upon them continuously
Forever, being blessed
ما غنت الأطيار في غصن النقا
أو قال مدحاً راجياً عبد لكا
The birds have not sung on the branch of palm trees
Or a servant praising you, hoping for your gifts
أو مُدَّ من حسن الكريم وأحمد
أو أعطى العبد الندى من بحركا
Or praised the Beauty of the Generous and Ahmed
Or the servant gave abundantly from your sea
