1. صلاة الباري الملك الرحيم

    على من جاء بالهدى القويم

    Prayer of the Creator, the Merciful King

    Upon the one who came with the right guidance

  2. محمدُ من سما نعتاً ووصفاً

    وهاشم أبطح مِنحُ العديم

    Muhammad, the one described from the sky with attributes and description

    And Hashim, the courageous who provides for the destitute

  3. نسيمَ هب من عطر النسيم

    بمعنىً يدره الحب الفهيم

    A breeze blows with the scent of breeze

    With meaning that is realized by perceptive love

  4. فهو يغنيك اذ من أرض نجد

    سرى سحراً فأكرم من نسيم

    For it sings to you when from the land of Nejd

    Magic spread beautifully, so bless the breeze

  5. من الزور طابت طاب سوحا

    بها اذ حلها الصفو الرحيم

    From al-Zour, al-Taab became fragrant

    When the kindness settled in it

  6. وطاب ثراها من أرض بخير

    وبر فيضه زاه عميم

    And our al-Taab land became fragrant from the land of goodness

    And its overflowing righteousness is plentiful

  7. بها المختاى خير الرسل طرا

    بروضته وذي حرم وسيم

    In it is al-Mukhtar, the best of messengers

    In its meadow, the one with the sublime sanctuary

  8. متى أحظى بها وأرى ضريحاً

    يحط الوزر عني يا حميم

    When will I be blessed to see it and see a shrine

    That removes my burden, O intimate friend

  9. رسولٌ للانام وهُو غياثٌ

    مزيلُ الغم والخطب الجسيم

    A messenger to mankind, and he is salvation

    Removing sorrow and grave tribulations

  10. وأعظمُ كلِّ رسل اللَه طراً

    وأكرم من سما ندب كريم

    And the greatest of all messengers of God

    And most benevolent of those called generous

  11. به شرُفت وعَزت أرض طاب

    ومروتنا وزمزم والحطيم

    Through him, al-Taab was ennobled and revered

    As were our al-Marwah, Zamzam and al-Hateem

  12. بديعٌ وصفهُ حسن انتظام

    سليم الصدر والخلق النديم

    His description is wonderful, beautiful composition

    Of serene disposition and friendly nature

  13. يفوق على الحسان وبدر تمٍ

    بوجه مُسفر صافي الاديم

    Surpassing al-Hassan and the full moon in beauty

    With a radiant face of pure complexion

  14. ثنائي ما يكون بعد قول

    وانك ذي على خلق عظيم

    My praise cannot match words

    You are of sublime character

  15. ثناء من مليك فهو يُتلى

    مدى الايام في الذكر الحكيم

    Praise from a king that is recited

    For days in wise remembrance

  16. توسلَ بالنبيِّ ليعطَ سؤلا

    كثير الذنب والفعل الذميم

    Intercede through the Prophet to grant a wish

    Of abundant sins and blameworthy deeds

  17. فانك مرسل ونداك سحاً

    جزيل الفضل والجود العميم

    For you are a dispatched messenger, called glorious

    Of abundant grace and boundless generosity

  18. فأنت سرَيت من حرَم بليل

    فسبحان الذي أسرى نديم

    For you traveled at night from the Sacred Sanctuary

    Glory to He who enraptured the intimate friend

  19. إلى رب العُلى ليُريك حقاً

    من الآيات والسر العظيم

    To the Lord Most High, to show you the truth

    Of the signs and the great secret

  20. عرَجت الى السماء وقاب قوس

    أرى ودنا إلى عرش عظيم

    You ascended to the heavens, nearing

    The Magnificent Throne, I saw and drew near

  21. رأيت الحق بارينا شفاها

    يخاطب جَل مولانا العظيم

    You saw the Truth, our Creator, up close

    Speaking to our Majestic Lord

  22. فاتحفَ أحمدٌ ما ليس يحصى

    من الاسرار والعلم الفخيم

    So Ahmad was gifted what cannot be enumerated

    Of secrets, knowledge and wisdom sublime

  23. عن الاملاكِ والانباء جمعاً

    تحجَّبَ من لدُن رب حكيم

    From the angels and all the prophecies

    Concealed by the Wise, Merciful Lord

  24. كذلك بل حَباه مزيد فضل

    وفردٌ ساد والدين القويم

    As such, but He granted you more grace

    And you excelled, upholding the true religion

  25. وشأن عز أن يدري وقول

    تقدم ثم سل تعط الحليم

    And the matter of might is that you know and say

    Go forward, then ask, the Forbearing gives

  26. فهل وصل لصب صبَّ دمعاً

    كغيث يرتجى فتحاً عظيم

    So has morning arrived for one who sheds tears

    Like rain awaiting a magnificent opening

  27. عليل القلب من صدٍ وبعد

    وصال دائم يشفي السقيم

    My heart is ill from estrangement and distance

    And longing for eternal union that heals the sick

  28. فأوهبنا جواراً منك فضلا

    إله الخلق في دار النعيم

    So grant us, by Your grace, to be Your neighbors

    O God of creation, in the Abode of Bliss

  29. أنا وصحاب ثم ومن يلذ بي

    وتُدنينا إلى الأوج المقيم

    Myself, my companions, and those who take comfort in me

    And bring us near to the Lofty Place of Settlement

  30. فانك واسع جوداً وفضلاً

    فكم مثلى مبرَّح باللميم

    For You are boundless in generosity and grace

    So how many like me are gladdened by the blameworthy

  31. غفرتَ ذنوبهُ وعفوتَ عنه

    وكان يبيتُ في نوح عظيم

    You forgave his sins and pardoned him

    And he would spend nights in great sorrow

  32. عليه اللَه صلى ما تغرَّد

    هِزار أو متى صبٌّ يهيم

    Upon him, may God send blessings whenever

    Thousands or whenever a pouring of love yearns

  33. وآلٍ والصحاب فمن تساموا

    وأذ حضوا كلَّ أفاكٍ أثيم

    And his Family and Companions, so those who transcended

    And when they attended every treacherous sinner

  34. متى ما لاح نور الفتح يجلل

    وما اجتاز الحداة بواد رِيم

    Whenever the light of victory shone forth

    And crossed the valleys of al-Reem

  35. ووصل من لدنه وبان طب

    دواءُ لداء ذي القلب الكليم

    And connected through him, and al-Taab appeared

    A cure for the illness of the steadfast heart
