  4. سليلة الضاد..لا فخر ومنبته

    جزيرة العرب الأمجاد مذ وجدوا

    A descendant of Dhad...neither boasting nor its origin

    The island of Arabs, glories since they existed

  5. أهل الفصاحة والآداب إن نطقو

    فالقول فصل عليه الناس تعتمد

    The people of eloquence and literature, if they speak

    The word is conclusive, people depend on it

  6. بهم تقوم أخلاق وألسنة

    ولا يقوم ما عابوا وما نقدوا

    With them manners and tongues are established

    And what they denounced and criticized cannot stand

  7. للدين والعدل ما ضحوا وما فتحو

    وللعروبة ما شادوا وما رفدوا

    For religion and justice they sacrificed and what they opened

    And for Arabism what they built and what they supported

  8. تبوأوا من سنام المجد ذروته

    وغاب عنه سواهم حينما شهدوا

    They attained the pinnacle of glory

    And none but them were present when they witnessed

  9. كم أرغموا بالسرايا أنف طاغية

    وبالسياسة كم حلوا وكم عقدوا

    How many tyrants they humiliated with cavalries

    And with politics how many they solved and tied

  10. تلك المآثر من وحي ومن شرف

    لو أنهم ماجدوا الدنيا بها مجدوا

    Those feats are from inspiration and nobility

    If they glorified the world with them, they would have glorified it

  11. فليت أحفاد من سادوا الورى زمن

    يسترجعون من الأيام ما فقدوا

    If only descendants of those who ruled the world one day

    Regain from the days what they lost

  12. فإن تخلوا " لأمس " عن كرامتهم

    فلن يكون لهم في العالمين غد

    If they abandon the “past” and their dignity

    They will have no tomorrow in the two worlds

  13. ما للمصائب لا تنفك تلفحن

    بنارها وجنون الشر يحتشد

    What calamities do not cease to afflict us

    With their fires and the madness of evil accumulates

  14. محسدون وندري أن ثروتن

    على بريق سناها يكبر الحسد

    There are envious people and we know that our wealth

    With the brilliance of its quality breeds envy

  15. مستهدفون وبلوانا تفرقن

    وفي التفرق ما يؤذي وما يئد

    We are targeted, and our afflictions separate us

    And in separation is what hurts and weakens

  16. ولا وسيلة تحمي أمن أمتن

    إلا اتحاد عليه العزم ينعقد

    And there is no means to protect the security of our nation

    Except unity, on which determination is tied

  17. موحد الجيش أركانا وألوية

    موحد المال لا تلوي به العقد

    Uniting the army, departments and brigades

    Unifying money, no knots twist it

  18. فإن أردتم لهذا الشعب عزته

    وأمنه فدعوا التسويف واتحدوا

    If you want for this people their power

    And their safety, then stop procrastinating and unite
