My daughter may covet and my provisions may run short

And my clothes be torn after the wager

Return the horses to me if she is pained

If you do not fulfill it then take my wrappings as compensation

A mother knows what she has wrapped

And tied in a cloth and protected

When the brave meet the brave and blend together

Is it unmanly in war or most courageous?
