يا أيها المُرْتجى بالمال تُنْفقه

أوجَ السعادة في الدارين إيمانا

O you who is hoped for with money, spend it

The height of happiness in both abodes is faith

تركت ذكرك بين الناسِ ذا أرجٍ

وكنتَ في عين هذي الأرضِ إنسانا

You left your mention among people of great prestige

And you were in the eye of this land a human

كم خطوةٍ في دروب الخيْرِ شاهدةٍ

تضوع حباً وإخلاصاً وإحسانا

How many steps on the paths of good witnessed

Shining with love, sincerity, and benevolence

تزهو –إذا أينعتْ كل الفصول بها

تجودُ بالفضْلِ غفراناً ورضوانا

It boasts - when all seasons flourished in it

It gives generously with grace, forgiveness, and contentment
