The burdens are now heavy upon me, bending me over

Like rocks my bones weakened my body

Would that the Day of Resurrection was upon my killer

So I no longer see, after it, property or child

And I do not grieve for anything I was anguished by

After the Messenger, when the deceased is missed

The chosen one knew to be pure of flaws

And in chastity none can match him

How much grief remains for me after you

When I remember I will never see you again

My soul is your ransom from a dead and lifeless body

How beautiful your memory, character and body
